A turnkey project brings the different stages of a sports or landscape installation into a coordinated plan. The process starts with defining the intended use, site constraints and required works so that responsibilities and deliverables are clear.

The agreed scope may include design, groundwork, drainage and artificial grass installation. Where required, associated elements such as fencing, lighting or seating can be considered alongside the playing or landscape surface, with specifications established for the project.

Coordinating these stages helps the work progress in the right order and reduces conflicts between separate activities. Handover includes checks of the completed scope and guidance on use and maintenance, giving the owner a clear basis for operating the finished facility.
