Infrastructure Preparation

Did you know that the most important detail during artificial grass installation is infrastructure preparation? Especially in order to make the ground perfect, a solution that will not damage the grass in both summer and winter seasons is offered. In the infrastructure project design, first of all, ground investigation is done. The important thing here is to decide whether to excavate or not. Leveling operations take place after it is decided whether the ground will be excavated or not. The purpose of leveling operations is to make the ground flat. Because when a flat surface is not obtained, artificial turf application does not give a successful result. After the ground is moved to a perfect spot, studies are carried out to prepare the drainage system. The purpose of the drainage work is that the ground does not turn into a pond against snow and rain water. A great system to be installed to drain the water will mean the end of the ground preparation processes. After the drainage system is completed, the stage of installation is started.

Installation Stage

In carpet field applications, after the ground preparations are completed, the installation process takes place in accordance with the dimensions of the field previously measured. It should not be forgotten that, thanks to the meticulous realization of this stage from beginning to end, the quality will be at the highest standards. In the installation stage, first of all, lawns are laid on the field, which is measured as a draft. Strong adhesive materials are used in order to stick the grass to the ground with the installation process. The connection points of the grass are cut into the shape to be sewn by cutting the overlapping parts. The meticulous performance of the sewing process should be continued in order to obtain a perfect solution. After the sewing process is completed, it is ensured that the joining points are not visible. Filling the connection points completely is the next stage. While the structural stages of the floor applications are carried out up to this point, the carpet field is made more useful in the next stage.

Artificial Grass Field Line Installations

One of the most important details in artificial grass applications is the drawing of the lines after the installation process is completed. Streaking is usually carried out with paints that are used later. This paint will not harm the quality of the grass and will not risk human life during use. Thanks to this paint, the perfection of the carpet field is ensured. You can also use artificial turfs where the lines are already made. In this case, there is no risk for human health. As an investor, you can benefit from perfect solutions by contacting us to make the right decisions.
